Ok the episodes are getting better! I liked everything about this episode. My favorite part was the storyline really focusing on Walter's character and showing his more human side.

So, according to William Bell, only a handful of people can make the trip between worlds without being ripped apart. Olivia and Mr. Bell are two, but what makes them capable of doing so? Cortexiphan? If that is one possible way, can we suppose Bell has exposed himself to the same drug? The oxygen mask was disturbing and got me thinking that Bell struggles every waking moment, trying to exist on alternate Earth.

I was a little disapointed that none of the characters thought it could be Charlie until the device was repaired. From all the logic that they knew at that time, either: 1 The shape-shifter took another form after jumping out the hospital window, rose the real nurse back to life, and sent her running in his place. 2 There was someone else in the room where she was supposedly shot by charlie, and our Charlie just forgot to tell us that. 3 Charlie is the shape shifter.

Nice episode, though I missed the beginning due to class. Still, I'm surprised there isn't more talk about it, seeing how they killed off the Charlie clone and revealed what William told Olivia.

i don't know if it was me but when the hippie chick was leaving with walter it seemed as though she said to peter, tell thanks to agent dunham, and peter looked at her funny. i think that when agent dunham introduced herself she said her name was olivia, not sure but will rewatch. also if the hippie chick could see people who didn't belong in this world wouldn't one of those people be peter, and possibly dunham since she did go over to the other side, just a thought

They would have had to of perfected the body snatching art because Peter's been in the same body for a very long time. The last invader was suffering a lot for being in the same body for only a relatively short time.

Hehe, just a thought. It would be a riot if we had the chance to capture a shapeshifter and let his borrowed body time run out, only to see an Observer underneath.

The other thing against Peter being a shapeshifter is I'm guessing he'd have realized by now if he was leaking mercury anytime he got hurt.

rebecca saw a light when she shook hands with peter, it was pretty obvious she knew he wasnt from our world as that was her "gift"

She saw the "glow" that she said earlier in the episode denoted shape-shifters. Thus confirming this Peter is from the other universe.

Perhaps the story Walter told about the accident and the lake was really an allegory for an Observer intervening so the young (alt) Peter wouldn't perish as he crossed over.
