Who do I talk to about joining the creative team?
Jun 2 2009, 5:10 PM EDT
I have a few script samples to show and have worked with proffesionals in screenwriting before. Is there a number or email I could contact the fringe staff interview people with? Does anybody know?

Where can you post a 45 page script that would attract the most attention then?

"Where can you post a 45 page script that would attract the most attention then?"well here is a website for fringe fan fiction http://www.fanfiction.net/tv/Fringe/ I dont know how much attention that site gets on avarage but if i was you i would post it up at this site..... As for contacting the creative team if you find out how to contact J.J. Abrams, Alex Kurtzman or Roberto Orci they could help you out.... but finding a way to e-mail them would be tricky.... I wish you all the best and i hope some of this has helped you out <3 Do you find this valuable? |

Um... no sir... http://www.fanfiction.net/tv/Fringe/ is just a bunch of 2 page scripts that wind up with peter and olivia kissing under riddikulous situations... I can't put a 45 minute screenplay on that site...

Talk to the professionals you have worked with about getting your foot in the door. Start talking to other show writers, find out how they got their jobs. Start networking and quit asking the clueless (including myself) here what you should do. I don't know what you have done professionally, but if you have never written for a show before, be prepared to pay some dues; you may not start as a writer right away or you may not get to write for the show you really, really want to. And make your resume completely mind blowing if you get the opportunity to send it any of the Fringe producers. Be creative, think mini ARG and be completely original. You are not going to impress anyone if your resume is a Fringe clone. Also be aware that you and the other 50 million fans that have written scripts are trying to get them into Abrams' hands; that even if they like your script it may not be used since they already have all of the major story arcs planned. Most importantly, good luck! Do you find this valuable? |

I have a similar in quarry but not particularly as a full fledged writer. I specialize in creature character design, more specifically feesable creatures. I am a fan of the show and would be more then happy to consult with the writers on giving them some elaborate critters to challenge their characters with. You can't have to many wonderfully creepy creatures right? www.WRELM.com Do you find this valuable? |

Hire an agent. He/she will submit it if possible.
