Discussion: William Bell and ZFT?

"My justifications are as follows:
1. Massive Dynamic is really funding ZFT, with William Bell's support. Maybe they are using ZFT for some purpose.
So far I've been assuming the two entities are seperate, perhaps working against eachother, but there's a possibility that I've been wrong.
2. William Bell is "playing both sides" and funding ZFT behind Massive Dynamic's back.
Because Nina Sharp has been helping, sometimes, Olivia stop ZFT.
3. William Bell is only a figurehead of Massive Dynamic, and lost most power over the company, so he funded ZFT for some purpose.
Because we haven't seen him yet, and Nina Sharp has been in charge of Massive Dynamic since the pilot. It was said way back that Bell was "away." My logic is that Olivia would be the first one to see him when he finally got back, if he ever did come back. I don't know much about businesses, but don't they usually have "boards" or "stockholders" or something like it, that are in charge of the company's actions?
4. William Bell did not fund ZFT, but someone else is, and is doing so in William Bell's name.
Nina Sharp's power over that company, I'd assume doesn't stop at the finances. She could easily write a check out to the ZFT members, and not have the rest of the company know exactly what she was doing. On the video the guy said that he was able to gather a few names, not that all the names were people he'd met. And Olivia only said Bell "funded" ZFT, but with money comes power, so whoever is funding ZFT, has some control over it. "
