In the episode Bound Mitchell Loeb claims that they abducted Olivia Dunham in order to save her. Save her from what?

He could have been lying like Peter told Olivia, or there was some answer mentioned that I didn't pay attention to... Do you find this valuable?

I think he was lying.
"Before they can be treated as soldiers, they must be treated as recruits." I think that they were working with Mr. Jones.
If he was saving Olive from anything it was from bad influences on her power.

"In the episode Bound Mitchell Loeb claims that they abducted Olivia Dunham in order to save her. Save her from what? I think the "mole in the FBI" discovered what the plan for Olivia was- and the pattern. And I think that's why they had to "save" her.

I think Olivia is being used by MASSIVE DYNAMICS - 1) as a reserve weapon - almost keeping her out of the hands of the others; 2) keep an eye on Olivia; and 3) use her to route out those involved.

I notice how Olivia seems able to solve mysteries for the FBI/Massive Dynamic -I find that interesting.

No. I believe he was telling truth - I think they were saving Olivia.

John Scott asked Olivia as he was dying: "Ask yourself - why did they send you to the storage unit." -

Wasn't there a forum which stated that they may have "saved" her by trying to deactivate her. Do you find this valuable?

She hasn't been activated. But I think she's one of the big weapons MD is holding on to.

Someone is saying that Olivia may be a clone. What a bummer.

She wasn't active. Jones tried to activate her. To make her HIS weapon. Although he had nothing to do with altering her.

According to the ZFT Manifesto, they would have been trying to "save" her from the coming war.
Since we know Olivia was a cortexiphan subject, and very likely has some degree of ability due to this (hence Jones's "testing" of her), we can conclude this would be the logical course.
We also know Olivia has some other exceptional ability - perhaps pyrokinetic, as evidenced from the tape Walter watched of a much younger Olivia in what appears to be aftermath of some manner of catastrophy.

I suppose the ultimate question to ask would be:

Who really are the "good guys" and the "bad guys" - for all we know, by the time this series plays itself out, we may end up rooting for ZFT and cursing the FBI's Fringe Division for screwing up things they didn't understand.
