I think Joshua Jackson is going to take a lot away from the series. JJ should stick to off the cusp-no name actors who can deliver.

Are u kidding me? Josh is an excellent actor and he will bring so much to the show, he knows how to bring all the emotions of the character, he becomes the character. It amazes me how he draws you into whatever character he is playing! He will be an excellent addition to the show! Melissa

I have loved him since DC as well. In fact, he's one of the top reasons I can't wait for this show!! Reason #2 was JJ Abrams and #3 is because the show looks good!

Oh I absolutely agree... of course I've been a fan of his for well over ten years now. I'm definitely glad to get a chance to see those charming eyes, fantastic acting, and amazing wit on a weekly basis now.

Totally agree! He was sexy and sarcastic at the same time. I loved it when he swooped down and took that guy down that Olivia was chasing and how he came in and forced Steig to tell him about what he used on Agent Scott! So sexy. Melissa

Good show. Think Abrams cast Joshua Jackson cuz of his initials? (JJ) lol. Naw, I have always always always loved JJ...DC taped out in Wilmington, wish I'd had the chance to get an autograph ;0) Abrams is always right on in the casting department. This role is just what Jackson needs, and I think the show needs him. Otherwise it wouldn't be quite as "chemical" since I found the leading lady a bit hard to relate to...

Ladies...I know you love Mr. Jackson....but he looks nothing like George Clooney!...Mr. Jackson has a look all of his own....and i bet his wife thinks so too...and as for his acting....he bring alot to the screen...Some day...i would love to see him play the next James Bond...Agree!!!...

Well, I'm glad I never watched Dawsons's Creek, though I'm definitely from that generation. Otherwise, I might be gawgawwwing like everyone else. He's a good actor, hands down. He pulls off the genius thing quite well, though I'd expect Bishop jr. to be a little bit more, how do I say this...socially inept or absent minded like his father. Or did I just miss that in the pilot?

It was just a matter of time before he found the right project to launch his career into the big leagues and I believe that Fringe is going to do just that. However, he is his own person and there are some of us who believe that Mr. Clooney can not even hold a candle to Joshua...and I would be one of them.
