"But where was the Observer in this episode? I didn`t find him!!! I watched it twice! :)"

"At the beginning of the episode, Broyles and Harris are talking on the phone. Harris is walking to the his car you will see a man sitting on the bench, wearing a hat and overcoat, with a briefcase. That was the Observer."

"He is indeed in the very first sequence, scene two, of Episode 1.09. If you blink, you'll miss him. He's standing in the hallway with his back to the wall as the two Massive Dynamics board members get off the elevator. Try to catch him immediately as they get off the elevator. He gets harder to discern as they walk down the hallway, though he is kept in the shot the whole time.

Episode 1.08: Outside, under a tree when Dunham takes a cell call outside the house they're searching.
Episode 1.07: In the German Airport near the ticket counter.
Episode 1.06: In the Country Club watching Dunham's conversation with {bad guy}. two shots, one long, then he crosses directly behind the two as the converse.

Episode 1.03: in a couple of shots (one is a reflection) on the train.

It's so J J Abrams to leave you hanging, Looks like who Walter? Peter as a child? The Observer? But I think he is saying the observer because of the mans shaved head."

1.11 Bound: He's walking past Harvard just as Olivia arrives to pickup the team after her rather rough morning.
Episode 1.10: In the security monitor, walking past the bank being burglarized, opening sequence.
Episode 1.09: Against the far wall in the hallway of Massive Dynamic. On the top floor outside of the boardroom meeting for the ExtensaLife Product; in the opening sequence.
Episode 1.08: He is outside, down the street and under a tree from where Dunham is standing as she takes a cell-call in front of the current house they're canvassing while looking for the missing boy.

"Update:

1.13 "Transformation". There appear to be two observers in this episode, one onboard the doomed plane, and one (our usual friend -striking his 'observer stance') on the soccer field near where the plane crashes. This would be the first time we have seen two obvious Observers in a single story.
