"I thought that was just a myth."
"Oh, a myth is just an unverified fact."
"Maybe she was hit by a tiny meteor."
"It's also possible." - Walter, Peter

  • "Matter is just energy waiting to happen. The average adult at rest contains enough potential energy to explode with the force of five very large hydrogen bombs."
"You know, theoretically, you're actually right."
"Ho ho ho ho! My son finally agrees with me. Agent Farnsworth, take a note of that." - Walter, Peter

  • "You know, Walter, working with you, it's amazing the sort of things you get used to."
"You're not the first person to tell me that." - Astrid, Walter

    • "I've seen this woman before. Why does she look so familiar?"
"Maybe because you dissected her twin sister yesterday. Remember? Blond girl about 5'7". Really well done. Melted fillings."
      "Oh, right." - Walter, Peter

    OMG! MOMENTS

    • When Harris answer the phone (from the call made by Olivia's cell phone dail tone application)

    • Harris blowing up...!

    • Nina getting shot by two men in ski masks
    • When Walter left with the Observer

    EPISODE TRIVIA

    • As a cross-promotion of series creator J.J. Abrams' upcoming movie Star Trek, Clint Howard (himself a guest star on three incarnations of that series) is named after Spock's mother, claims to be Spock himself, mentions Khan Noonian Singh, and has confused the ZFT conspiracy with the plot of Abrams' movie, involving time-travelling Romulans.
    • The glyphs spell out VISION.
    • Possible clue for next episode - one of the book on Susan Pratt's book shelf entitled "Now Face to Face" (Bell and Dunham meeting face to face)

An absolutely amazing episode, jammed pack with intense emotions and excitements. We have been sitting on the edge of our sofa, in front of the TV for the entire time, palms sweating and hyperventilating at points.

    THOUGHTS (or observations):

#1: It started with the Department of Justice - Department of Homeland Security logo, not the usual FBI logo .... and according to Harris, Broyles has the Fringe team occupying the entire 13th Floor!

#2: Thank God, they finally decided to seriously study the ZFT Manifesto (included in each DHS agents briefing packets), unfortunately the version they have is the 'cult' version, missing the last chapter "The chapter of ethics" where "someone has removed it to serve their own purpose!"

#3: Did Susan Pratt went on the bus with MD advertising on its side? Coincidence?

#4: Walter confirmed that the typerwriter (with the elevated "y") belongs to William Bell, he purchased it on a rainy day!

#5: Who else sing / yell out GHOSTBUSTERS when Peter & Walter said "If there is something strange, in the neighborhood .... who you gotta call ......." I did!

#6: How come in the "bleak" alternate reality that Olivia see, everyone is more tense, angry and agitated! So Nancy Lewis died in the "bleak" alternate reality and not our current reality? And in this current reality, instead of being a twin with Susan Pratt, Nancy went missing 11 years ago! ..... hard to keep up with what happen in one (1) reality, let alone multiple ones! (head started spinning)

#7: Gross moment - cut out charred jaw with teeth still intact (for dental record scan)

#8: Did you notice the burnt Susan Pratt eyes were Green (check out her driver's licence) and she is a loner, not much social life, has wardrobe of black and grey .... coincidence?

    .... more to come .....

erich_torn Scientific theories behind the plot - educate yourself 3 May 8 2009, 6:24 AM EDT by erich_torn

The theories behind the plot of "Fringe" manifested or were made most clear in this 19th episode.
There is one theory which is directly related to "Fringe", and two which have auxiliarry relation.
The former is theory called Everettics, which assumes a possibility of "parallel" Universes, which all together comprise a Multiverse.
This theory, initially proposed in 1954 by american physycist Hugh Everett III, was recently expanded by works of russian physicist Mikhail Menskiy (Михаил Менский). The key element in Menskiy theory is that our consciousness is what creates "new"/"parallel" Universes - thus our consciousness is acting as a "brancher" (in fact, not only human consciousness, but any system with memory, which is in contact with system/"Universe" under investigation). {Now recall explanations of Dr.Bishop S01E19 on 20th minute}.
According to Everettics axioms, two phenomenon exist: "branching" and "merging".
"Merging" is a phenomenon of interaction between the Universes, this interactions occuring on different levels (not only physical events {Observer}, but also transfer of information from one Universe to another {ZFT manifesto is a knowledge which came from another "side", being a "prophecy" in our "reality"/Universe}).
Two auxiliarry theories, which have relation to Everettics are:
    a) That the universe is in some sense a holographic structure — proposed by David Bohm;
    b) That consciousness is dependent on holographic structure — proposed by Karl Pribram.
This two theories have a relation with recent developments made by Menskiy.
In 2000 Menskiy proposed a descriptive theory of Existence - he called it Crystal (others immediately started calling it "Menskiy Crystal").
Menskiy Crystal is in essence a hologram, and closely relates to Bohm theorie that all is hologram.
