UNANSWERED QUESTIONS & PLOT DANGLERS
| - Why did Agent Broyles take the silicone bomb?
- Why did Agent Broyles give the Amber Disc to Nina?
- If they were questioning the "dead" Agent Scott at MD, then who's body, or What was in the coffin they buried at his funeral
- What was an undercover DEA agent doing with such an important piece of technology [the amber disc] embedded in her hand?

PLOT HOLES, INCONSISTENCIES OR JUST PLAIN IMPOSSIBLE? Add unbelievable incidents or sci-fi faux pas to this list!
| - In the opening scenes, the bus being boarded by the unnamed bad guy is operated by "Harbor Transit." All buses operated within metro-Boston (outside of interstate busing providers that use the city as a hub) are owned by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Association (MBTA.)
- The internment scene during Episode 3, Act 2, takes place at Mt. Briar Cemetery. There is no cemetery in metro-Boston by that name.
- After any type of brain surgery, a patient would require several days of rest and little movement to avoid any pressure inside the cranial cavity, not the short time span up and about depicted in Episode 3.
- The mysterious bad guys have perfected the ghost network for secure communication. Why does Roy pick-up conversations made on a cell-phone/walkie-talkie? Why are they using technology at all if they have a ghost network?
