we've had a debate on another thread (I can't remember which one) about if peter could have been treated with Cortexiphan, or subject to experiments by Walter - which would have to have been alt-Walter, remember, because the Peter we know, didn't come to our world until he was 7, long after the Cortexiphan trials ended (1983). Peter is the right age to have participated! but he wasn't on our world then.

Unless you mean if Alt-Walter was experimenting, also a thread of question on here!!!

I don't disagree with you deja-vu, I think Walter would easily have been capable of it, especially if he thought it was to prepare them for the coming war, and as per the chapter he found in The Road Not Taken, that it was so the young children could grow up to look after everyone else. It was all meant well, that experiment!!
