The Observer kidnaps a young woman he first saw over two decades ago in an effort to save her life. In doing so, he "interferes" compelling other Observers to correct the mistake. In the end, the obviously emotional Observer makes the ultimate sacrifice to spare the young woman's life and "make her important."
